1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Your Lucky Hub website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Official Rules, Promotion Rules, and any additional rules governing specific promotions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction)
• Be legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction
• Have a valid email address
• Provide truthful and accurate registration information

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, advertising agencies, prize suppliers, and immediate family members may be ineligible for certain promotions. Your Lucky Hub reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, membership fee, or other consideration is required to enter or win any sweepstakes offered on the Platform. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Free Alternate Methods of Entry ("AMOE") will be provided where required by law and described in each promotion's Official Rules.

4. Accounts

Users may maintain only one account. You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts
• Use bots or automated systems
• Use false identities
• Circumvent entry limitations
• Manipulate promotions

Violation may result in account suspension, disqualification, prize forfeiture, or permanent ban.

5. Entries and Promotions

Each promotion shall be governed by separate Official Rules, which include: entry period, eligibility requirements, prize description, approximate retail value (ARV), winner selection method, prize claim procedures, and sponsor information. Official Rules govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

6. Premium Memberships

Premium memberships (Lucky Hub Max and Lucky Hub Super Max) are optional paid subscriptions that provide platform benefits such as bonus content, exclusive games, faster point accumulation, and VIP features. Premium memberships do not purchase, increase, or otherwise affect sweepstakes entries or chances of winning. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time.

7. Winner Verification

Potential winners may be required to verify identity, verify age, execute an affidavit of eligibility, execute liability releases, complete IRS tax forms, and complete publicity releases where permitted. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and foreign taxes. For prizes meeting applicable reporting thresholds, Your Lucky Hub may issue IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Your Lucky Hub and its partners to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, city and state, and testimonials for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. User Conduct

Users may not cheat, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated scripts, harass other users, submit fraudulent information, or attempt to interfere with Platform operations. Your Lucky Hub may investigate and permanently ban violators.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content including logos, software, graphics, text, trademarks, and promotional materials are owned by Your Lucky Hub or its licensors. No rights are granted except for personal, non-commercial use.

12. Sponsor Promotions

Sponsors may provide prizes. Your Lucky Hub makes no warranties regarding products or services supplied by sponsors. All sponsor-provided prizes are awarded "AS IS."

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." YOUR LUCKY HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUR LUCKY HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL YOUR LUCKY HUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) $100 OR (b) THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO YOUR LUCKY HUB DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

15. Release of Claims

Users agree to release and hold harmless Your Lucky Hub, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, sponsors, and prize suppliers from any claims arising from participation in promotions, acceptance of prizes, Platform usage, technical failures, or third-party actions.

16. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Users waive jury trials, class actions, and representative actions. Claims may only be brought individually.

17. Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT SOLELY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. NO CLASS ACTIONS. NO MASS ARBITRATIONS. NO REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

18. Force Majeure

Your Lucky Hub shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, labor disputes, or telecommunications failures.

19. Fraud Prevention

Your Lucky Hub reserves the right to audit accounts, verify entries, disqualify users, void suspicious entries, and cancel promotions where fraud or abuse is suspected.

20. Privacy

Use of the Platform is subject to the Privacy Policy. Users consent to collection and processing of information necessary to operate the Platform and promotions.

21. Modification of Terms

Your Lucky Hub may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for non-arbitrable claims shall be Miami-Dade County, Florida.

23. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
