1. Introduction

Your Lucky Hub LLC ("Your Lucky Hub," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), including the free-to-play sweepstakes, rewards, engagement features, and optional premium memberships offered through the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect:

  • Through the Platform and any associated digital properties;
  • From sweepstakes entries, engagement activities, and mail-in Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE") submissions;
  • From premium membership signups (Lucky Hub Max, Lucky Hub Super Max);
  • From sponsors, partner stations, referral QR codes, and affiliate links;
  • Through customer support, email, and SMS communications.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties that we do not own or control, including sponsors, prize suppliers, and linked websites.

3. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide directly.

  • Account data: name, email address, mobile phone number, ZIP code, state, and date of birth (for age verification).
  • Entry data: timestamps, source of entry (QR code, affiliate link, engagement activity, AMOE), and entry method.
  • Premium membership data: subscription tier, billing status, and preferences.
  • Winner verification data: government-issued ID, address, signed affidavits, releases, and tax forms (e.g., IRS Form W-9) where applicable.
  • Support and communications: messages, support tickets, and survey responses.

b. Payment information. Payment card details for premium memberships are collected and processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

c. Information collected automatically.

  • Device and usage data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9).
  • Approximate location derived from IP address or ZIP code for eligibility and fraud prevention.

d. Information from third parties. We may receive information from sponsors, partner stations, referral partners, social login providers (if you choose to use them), and fraud-prevention vendors.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Operate, administer, and improve the Platform and sweepstakes;
  • Verify eligibility, age, identity, and entry validity;
  • Select, notify, verify, and announce winners;
  • Process premium membership subscriptions, billing, and renewals;
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • Send transactional communications (account, billing, entry confirmations, winner notifications);
  • Send marketing communications via email and SMS where you have consented;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, multiple-account creation, and bot activity;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, tax-reporting, and recordkeeping obligations;
  • Enforce our Terms of Service, Official Rules, and Sponsor Terms.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable, we process personal information on the following bases: performance of a contract (e.g., running sweepstakes you entered, providing premium memberships), legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (e.g., marketing emails, SMS), and compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting).

6. Email Marketing & CAN-SPAM

We may send promotional emails about new sweepstakes, premium features, partner promotions, and related offers. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional and account-related emails (e.g., entry confirmations, winner notifications, billing receipts) are not promotional and may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

7. SMS / Text Messaging & TCPA

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send SMS messages including transactional alerts (entry confirmations, winner notifications) and, where separately consented, marketing messages.

  • Consent is required. We obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing SMS, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") and applicable FCC rules.
  • Message frequency. Varies based on activity and promotions you opt into.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carriers may charge for messages sent or received.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@yourluckyhub.com.
  • No sharing. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers / processors: payment processors, hosting and cloud providers, email/SMS delivery vendors, analytics, fraud-prevention, and customer support tools, each bound by contract to use the data only on our behalf.
  • Sponsors and prize suppliers: limited information necessary to fulfill prizes (e.g., name, shipping address, contact info for verified winners).
  • Partner stations / affiliates: aggregated or attribution-level data tied to referral QR codes and affiliate links; no payment information is shared.
  • Legal and safety: when required to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or to protect rights, property, and safety of Your Lucky Hub, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in and remember preferences;
  • Measure traffic, performance, and feature usage;
  • Attribute entries and conversions to referral partners (QR codes, affiliate links);
  • Prevent fraud and detect abusive behavior.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality, including entry attribution and session persistence. Where required by law, we present a cookie banner allowing you to manage non-essential cookies.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Platform, comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (including sweepstakes recordkeeping requirements, which typically require retention of winner and entry records for several years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

11. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us personal information may contact privacy@yourluckyhub.com.

  • Limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@yourluckyhub.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

13. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the rights described in Section 12, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under 16.

17. Third-Party Links and Sponsors

The Platform may include links to sponsor sites, partner stations, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
