1. Sponsor

Your Lucky Hub LLC, [Address], [City], FL [ZIP] ("Sponsor"). These Official Rules supersede any prior version.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the State of Florida, age 18 or older. Void in New York, Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and immediate family members and members of the same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Each monthly Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the same calendar month ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter — Free Methods Only

There are multiple free methods of entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary. All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning.

1. Free Online Entry: Visit yourluckyhub.com/enter, create a free account, verify your email address, and submit your entry during the Sweepstakes Period.
2. Engagement Entries: Registered members may earn additional free entries by completing on-Platform engagement activities (such as daily check-ins, free games, or sponsor offers) made available during the Sweepstakes Period. All engagement entries are free.
3. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — Mail-In: Hand-print your full name, address, city, state, ZIP, date of birth, email address, and the words "Your Lucky Hub Gas Giveaway — [Month Year]" on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope to: Your Lucky Hub LLC, AMOE — Gas Giveaway, [Address], [City], FL [ZIP]. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Sweepstakes Period and received within seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per outer envelope.

Entry limits. Limit one (1) Free Online Entry per person per Sweepstakes Period. Engagement entries are capped per the limits posted on the Platform. Entries generated by any script, macro, bot, or automated means are void.

5. Premium Memberships Do Not Affect Odds

Lucky Hub Max and Lucky Hub Super Max are optional paid subscriptions that provide platform benefits only (bonus content, exclusive games, faster point accumulation, VIP features). Paid subscriptions do not provide additional sweepstakes entries and do not increase a participant's chances of winning.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize per Sweepstakes Period: $1,000 USD in gas, awarded as a digital fuel card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000. Limit one (1) prize per person per Sweepstakes Period. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

A winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period within seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and complete any required documentation; failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

8. Winner Verification

Potential winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility and to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) Publicity Release. Sponsor may also require IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation prior to delivery of the prize.

9. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

10. Taxes

All federal, state, local, and foreign taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

11. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Platform, or otherwise violating these Official Rules.

12. Release

By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

13. Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration in accordance with the Terms of Service, without resort to any form of class action, in the state of Florida.

14. Winners List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period to: Your Lucky Hub LLC, Winners List — Gas Giveaway, [Address], [City], FL [ZIP].
